... Nearly four in five (79%) Americans support passage of an amendment to overturn the decision and make clear that corporations do not have the same rights as people thus giving Congress the authority to limit the amount of money corporations can spend on elections. ....

Mail Politicians and ask them to include the issue of a Constitutional Amendment in their Platform.
Just follow these simple instructions:

• Find Federal Senate and Congressional Candidate addresses for your district.
• Send letters to current legislators and candidates in your district.
* To current Law Makers
* To Candidates for US House or US Senate
• Add your count to the list.
• What other actions can WE the PEOPLE take to make Citizens United a core issue of the 2012 Election. Click this link. and put your ideas on the table.

Challenge to all Occupiers. Come up with a Mic Check to hold politicians accountable, all over America. The winning Mic Check will be used to "amplify the Voice of the PEOPLE" and help put an Amendment to the Constitution on center-stage, where it belongs this election year. Submitted Mic Checks should include:

• Most Americans (79%) support a Constitutional Amendment
• Respectfully challenge the candidate or legislator being Mic Checked as to why a Constitutional Amendment is not part of their platform
• Outline the essentials needed in any constitutional amendment - namely undoing Corporate Personhood and eliminating all organized money in the election process. See this Candidate Letter for an example list of points. Please do not feel limited by the example - it is merely a guide. Use your imagination - this is a contest ... so have fun with it.
